These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TaleFresh and its related services. By using TaleFresh you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
TaleFresh is a fresh-food delivery platform operated from Kampala, Uganda. We connect customers with local vendors and provide delivery logistics.
2. Using TaleFresh
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when placing orders. You must be old enough under Ugandan law to enter into contracts.
3. Orders and payment
We accept cash on delivery, MTN Mobile Money, and Airtel Money. Prices include all applicable taxes. Delivery fees are set by zone and shown before you confirm.
4. Quality and refunds
If your order arrives in poor condition, contact support within 24 hours and we will refund or replace the affected items at no cost to you.
5. Liability
TaleFresh is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by Ugandan law, our liability is limited to the value of the affected order.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email before they take effect.
