- Phone number and (optionally) name — for login and delivery.
- Delivery address and location — only while you have an active order.
- Order history and payment method — so reordering is fast.
- Device info and app diagnostics — to fix bugs.
What we never do
- We never sell your data.
- We never share your contact with vendors or third parties for marketing.
- We never persist live GPS traces after delivery is complete.
Who can see your data
Only the rider delivering your order sees your delivery address, and only while the order is active. Our support team can access your order history to help you, and nothing beyond that.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account at any time — email [email protected].
Children
TaleFresh is not intended for children under the age of digital consent in Uganda. We don't knowingly collect data from minors.
