How fresh is "fresh"?
Produce is picked from partner markets the same morning, and meat and dairy come straight from certified cold-chain suppliers. If it's not good, we refund — no argument.
Do I need to read or type?
No. The whole app is built around photos and icons. You can even send a voice note if you want something that isn't on the list.
What if I don't have a smartphone?
A web version of the app runs on any browser at app.talefresh.com — phone or desktop. USSD ordering is on our roadmap.
Where do you deliver?
Kampala to start, zone by zone. Check the Currently-delivering section above for the live list.
Can I pay with cash?
Yes — cash on delivery is the default. The rider brings a printed receipt and change.
